Please note that we try to keep this updated as we update the forms, however we do not guarantee these forms to be up to date. Please ask the farm for the most recent revision. Please inquire about any that you want but may not see here. I would be happy to supply you with one if we have it.

All Videos are copywrited and as such may not be copied or distributed without written permission. Permission is granted to download and save these files to your computer to view them for the purpose of evaluating the horses in them.
The links on this section are purposefully broken to keep the unnecessary use of my limited bandwidth to a minimum. If you are serious about viewing them, please e-mail me and I will be happy to temporarily restore the links in order for you to download them.
Please right click on the download icon and choose "save as" to save the file to your computer. Choose the appropriate folder you wish to save it in, and save the video on your hard drive. Now you can open it and watch it at your leisure. Please do not stream the video if you plan to watch it more than one time. This eats up my bandwidth and can shut the website down temporarily.
